Not necessarily. We can use your primary domain with proper configuration, but we often recommend adding 2-3 secondary domains to spread sending volume. We can help you purchase them if needed.
Domain configuration takes 24-48 hours. Warmup takes 14 days. You can start sending limited volume after warmup, but full sending capacity typically hits day 21.
